The rear double-wing doors are one of the key elements of our production program and are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. We manufacture them in various designs, specifically in two-lock and four-lock configurations. The locks are strategically placed at the bottom of the doors, ensuring optimal security. Additionally, the surface of the doors can be finished in three different ways: natural, anodized, or painted. This ensures high resistance to weather conditions and a long product lifespan.
The materials we use are of high quality. The door frame is made from aluminum profiles, ensuring high strength and rigidity. The seal is rubber and is placed around the entire perimeter of the doors and across the center, ensuring perfect insulation. The door filling is either made of vertically mounted aluminum sidewall profiles or XPS panel in RAL 9010 color. The filling is also edged with a profile, increasing its durability. The hinge fastenings are standardly screw-on, weld-on, or aluminum rivet. All these elements together ensure that our double-wing doors are robust, durable, and long-lasting.
Technical Specifications of Rear Four-Wing Doors
The rear four-wing doors are another significant product in our production program. Just like the double-wing doors, we also offer various surface finishes here: natural, anodized, and painted. The standard dimensions of the wings are as per the drawing, but they can be adjusted according to the customer's specific requirements. The frame is again made from aluminum profiles, and the seal is rubber, placed around the entire perimeter and across the center. The filling is made of vertically mounted aluminum sidewall profiles.
As for the hinge fastenings, the customer also has the option to choose between screw-on, weld-on, and aluminum rivet types. Because the filling and frame are welded in the corners on both sides for the natural finish and welded on the inside for the anodized finish, high strength, rigidity, and thus long door lifespan are guaranteed.
Special Features and Options
In our production program, we also offer the option of a recessed lock. This lock is integrated directly into the door structure, with its position defined by the drawing. It is possible to have doors with only one lock per wing, which is ideal for specific security requirements. We also offer doors with a filling option.
Innovation: TT Gatte Rear Doors
One of our latest innovations is the TT Gatte rear doors. These doors are available in both double-wing and four-wing designs, with the option of two or four locks. What makes them unique is their construction. They are composed of aluminum alloy profiles that snap together with a special lock. This provides high strength and integrity to the doors. Additionally, the doors are frameless, and the profiles are connected to the bottom and top edges using screw joints, meaning they are not welded. This design was tested according to the EN 12 642 XL standard and withstood a maximum payload of 29 tons.
